I am dedicated to helping you follow your intuition and educate and support you through the birth that you desire.

My name is Ashley, I am an aromatherapist, herbalist, BEST certified doula, and BEST placenta Expert. I will soon hold an associate’s degree in complementary alternative medicine and will start my bachelor’s degree in integrative healthcare sciences with a specialization in aromatherapy and herbal medicine in the spring of 2023.

I have had a love for babies and birth all my life which led to being the mother of my five wonderful children. I had always dreamed of being an obstetrician and delivering babies, however, my journey has taken its own path. Although, it is in my goals to become a naturopathic doctor with a major in obstetrics and midwifery. But for now I have found that being a doula is where I need and want to be.

As a doula I am here to support your birth plan, support you, your partner, & your family through your birth journey and help establish communication between you, your partner and your care providers.

I became a doula to help families make informed decisions and know they have choices. Because I want you to look back on your birth and feel glorious!

I look forward to helping you through your magical birth journey!

We offer many holistic herbs in our different packages formulated by our herbalist to support labor & delivery and postpartum.

Our Herbal support services include:

  • Birth Preparation Tea

This tea is used 4 weeks before birth to strengthen and support the uterus for birth. This blend of herbs helps reduce premature pains, produce a speedy delivery, regulate muscle contractions, prevent hemorrhaging during labor, and reduce after pains. It then strengthens, cleanses, and enriches the mother’s milk following birth.

  • Assisting Birth Tea

This herbal tea contains a unique blend of herbs used during labor when contractions are painful, minimize bleeding, and assist in the expulsion of the placenta.

  • After Delivery

This blend of herbs is used after delivery to support inflammation, soreness, and hemorrhoids and help with the healing of episiotomy.

  • Postpartum Tea

This tea uses herbs that provide vitamins and nutrients, especially calcium, back to the body after delivery. It helps with menstrual cramps and also increases the mother’s milk supply. It can also be used for premenstrual cramps after menstruation is regular again.

  • Nursing Mom’s Tea

This tea contains a blend of herbs that help to enrich and increase milk supply.

  • If a mother is not breastfeeding, a blend of herbs will be formulated to decrease milk supply.
